The Zagreb County Court Panel of Judges will hold a session at 1300 hours Friday at which it is expected to make a ruling concerning the release on bail of former prime minister Ivo Sanader who will have to swear in court that he will not go into hiding or leave his place of residence without a court's permission.

The Panel of Judges will convene behind closed doors to see if the conditions for Sanader's release on bail have been met, namely if the courts registered mortgaged property that has been put up for his bail.

Sanader was arrested in Austria in 10 December 2010 and was extradited to Croatia in 18 July 2011 to face corruption charges. He has been in Zagreb Remetinec prison since.
