Croatian President Ivo Josipovic on Wednesday received the committee in charge of organising Zagreb Pride 2010.
Committee members notified the president about preparations for the parade in downtown Zagreb, set for 19 June, the president's public relations office said in a statement.
The purpose of the parade is to campaign for the right of LGBT members to free sexual expression.
Supporting their rights, Josipovic condemned hate speech, violence and discrimination.
