Sarajevo police received two calls on Tuesday morning about a bomb planted near the new building of the US Embassy which was opened by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, but both calls proved to be false, the Bosnian Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) said in a press release after Clinton left for Belgrade.

According to the calls, the bomb was planted at an engineering high school in the immediate vicinity of the new embassy.

SIPA said that despite the false bomb tips, Clinton's 14-hour stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina passed without any incident and that security was provided by virtually all police agencies.
