President Josipovic receives newly appointed army commander

The Croatian Armed Forces Supreme Commander, President Ivo Josipovic, on Tuesday received the Croatian Armed Forces Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Drago Lovric, and the newly appointed Croatian Army Commander, Major General Dragutin Repinc, to talk about the situation in the Croatian Army and future tasks ahead of the Croatian Army.

Josipovic underlined the importance of respecting the law, developing standards of professional expertise, removing politics from the army sector and implementing the highest standards and criteria, the President's Office said in a statement.
