President Ivo Josipovic said on Monday Constitutional Court decisions should be respected but also discussed in a democratic atmosphere.
He was commenting on polemics about the procedure for calling referenda, saying, "The Constitutional Court has its powers and its decisions should be respected but also discussed."
"Every democratic society is open to discuss any issue," he said.
