Wreaths were laid at the Serb Military Cemetery in Vukovar on Thursday for Serb civilians and soldiers killed in the war in 1991.
The wreaths were laid by representatives of the Serb National Minority Council in Vukovar, the Independent Democratic Serb Party (SDSS), the New Serb Party, the Joint Council of (Predominantly Serb) Municipalities, and the victims' families.
There is no information on the exact number of Serb soldiers and civilians killed in Vukovar in 1991.
The head of the SDSS in Vukovar, Dejan Drakulic, said that between 70 and 120 Serb civilians had been killed in Vukovar in 1991, before and during the Homeland War.
