The transaction for the sale of 80.32 per cent of shares of the Rijeka-based newspaper Novi List to Andre' d.o.o. of Pula for HRK 86.012 million was finalised on November 25, the petrochemical company Dioki announced in a statement via the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Monday.

Andre' was the only bidder for the purchase of a 80.32% stake in Novi List, offering 86.012 million kuna for it. The stake was offered for sale by Zagrebacka Banka after activating its lien as creditor of Dioki, which is owned by Robert Jezic, who also owns Novi List. The starting price was 86 million kuna.

The sale of 48,191 shares of Novi List, or 80.32% of the newspaper's equity, was conducted by the investment company InterCapital with the authority of Zagrebacka Banka.
