The Split County State Prosecutor's Office has received from the Croatian National Bank the minutes on the direct monitoring in Credo Banka and requested a further investigation, namely all information pertaining to business and financial deals of the bank, the Chief State Prosecutor's Office said on its website late on Tuesday evening.
After discovering unlawful activities in Credo Banka, the central bank decided to revoke the operating license of Credo Banka from Split and ordered the bank to undergo forced liquidation.
