Kostelic wins Wengen Ski World Cup slalom

Croatia's best skier Ivica Kostelic won the Ski World Cup 2010 slalom in Wengen, Switzerland on Sunday, while another Croat, Natko Zrncic-Dim, finished 18th.

This was Kostelic's second victory in Wengen after 2002 and his tenth careervictory.

Andre Myhrer of Sweden came second (+0.29) and Reinfried Herbst of Austriacame third (+0.51).

Zrncic-Dim was 2.20 seconds behind Kostelic and scored his best slalom time.

At a women's Alpine skiing World Cup slalom in Maribor, Slovenia on Sunday,Croatian skier Nika Fleiss finished 24th, 3.43 seconds behind the winner,Austria's Kathrin Zettel.

 Slovenia's Tina Maze was second andGermany's Maria Riesch came third.
