Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban on Tuesday complained about the unfair treatment of the Hungarian oil and gas company MOL in Croatia, MTI news agency reported.

Addressing an annual meeting in Budapest of minority Hungarian politicians from neighbouring countries and the diaspora, Orban called for efforts to prevent "this ugly business dispute" from poisoning bilateral relations with Croatia, MTI said without giving details.

Orban spoke of bilateral relations and the position of the Hungarian minority in Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine, Slovenia, and Serbia, saying that all conditions were in place for developing good ties with Belgrade.
