Croatia received confirmation from Bosnia and Herzegovina on Friday that Justice Minister Barisa Colak had signed a decision on the temporary extradition of Dragan Paravinja to Croatia over suspicion that he killed Antonia Bilic, an underage girl from Drnis, but the time and place of extradition is unknown.

Spokesman Krunoslav Borovec told press the Croatian Interior Ministry had received official confirmation from Bosnian authorities that Paravinja's temporary extradition had been approved, and that it was now up Interpol's Zagreb and Sarajevo offices to agree the method, time and place of extradition.

"But I can't say anything about it because this information is secret," he said.

Justice Ministry spokeswoman Vesna Dovranic said the ministry had also been notified. Asked when Paravinja could be transferred, she said very soon, but that it was for the Croatian and Bosnian police forces to agree.

Dovranic said the County Court in Sibenik had jurisdiction in the Paravinja case.
