The embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Madrid has received a threatening letter which warns Ambassador Zeljana Zovko that an explosive device might be set up in the embassy's building in the Spanish capital, the Sarajevo media reported on Saturday.

A source from the Bosnian foreign ministry who spoke on condition of anonymity said the letter was sent from Alicante and signed by a certain Mohamed Nezirovic and a certain Faik Dizdarevic.

The threats are aimed at Croats.
