Apart from a political message, there will be no particular use of the bill the government sent to parliament declaring null and void all legal documents of the former Yugoslav People's Army (JNA), its judicial bodies, the judicial authorities of the former Yugoslavia and those of Serbia in which Croatian citizens are suspected, accused or convicted of crimes relating to the 1991-95 Homeland War in Croatia, President Ivo Josipovic said on Thursday.
Commenting on the bill for Croatian Television from Budapest, he said he would propose to the government that such matters be eliminated with a bilateral agreement.
