A third Croatian contingent comprised of 20 members of Croatia's Armed Forces, mostly Croatian Air Force, was sent to the NATO-led peace mission in Kosovo (KFOR) for a period of four months.
Also sent were two Mi-171-Sh transport helicopters.
For the first time, the Croatian contingent in Kosovo includes two women - a pilot and a technician, the Croatian Defence Ministry said in a statement.
