The 42nd Golden Pirouette figure skating tournament ended in Zagreb on Sunday with final programs in the mens, ladies and couples events, as well as in the ice dance competition

Figure skaters from Russia, Kazakhstan, Israel and Japan won gold medals at the 42nd Golden Spin, held at Zagreb's Sports Hall on December 10-12.

Alexandra and Roman Zaretsky of Israel won the gold medal in the ice dance event, and Lubov Ilushechkina and Nodari Maisuradze of Russia won the gold medal in the pair skating event.

Shion Kokubin of Japan won gold in the ladies program, Ekaterina Kozireva of Russia won silver, and her compatriot Katarina Gerbolt bronze.

In the men's programme, the gold went to Denis Ten of Kazakhstan, while Artem Borodulin of Russia won the silver. The bronze went to Adrian Schultheiss of Sweden.
