Split-Dalmatia County police on Saturday arrested nine people over incidents at last Saturday's Gay Pride parade in the southern Adriatic city of Split.
The nine people are suspected of violent behaviour, breaching the right to assembly and public protest, and hate crime. Police have pressed charges against two with the Municipal Prosecutor's Office.
To date, Split police have arrested 34 people in connection with the incidents at the June 11 rally.
