Japanese Prince Akishino and his wife Princess Kiko, who are on an official visit to Croatia on 19-23 June, on Saturday toured the northern county of Krapina-Zagorje where they visited Krapina Neanderthal Museum, located near the world famous site of the Krapina Neanderthals "Husnjakovo",
They also visited the family-run farm "Vrhovski" in Djurmanec.
The royal couple will depart for the south of Croatia to tour Dubrovnik.
On Thursday, the Japanese prince and his wife, who came in Croatia on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Japan and Croatia, were received by Croatia's top officials including President Ivo Josipovic, Parliament Speaker Josip Leko and Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic.
