Croatia's best tennis player Marin Cilic was defeated by Briton Andy Murray (3-6 6-4 6-4 6-2) in their Australian Open semi-final on Thursday.
Cilic is the first Croatian to have reached a semi final in this Grand Slamtournament.
He will now be among the top ten tennis players In the men's ATP rankings.
In the final, Murray will play against the winner of the Roger Federer - JoWilfried Tsonga semi-final match, set for Friday.
