Unemployment
A total of 287,595 jobless Croatians were registered with the Croatian Employment Service (HZZ) at the end of July, which was a slight rise of 0.03% on the month and 1.7% rise in comparison to July 2010.
This July, 66,825 unemployed people, or 23.2% in the total jobless population, were entitled to unemployment benefits, which was 5.5% drop on the year.
