The programme for the reconstruction of 3. maj shipyard, approved by the European Commission, has been forwarded to shipyard's managing board and this week the document will be translated to Croatia and forwarded to the Croatian Competition Agency (AZTN) which is expected to voice its opinion, Primorje-Gorski Kotar deputy prefect Vidoje Vujic told a news conference on Monday.

Vujic recalled that the shipyard had recently managed, without state collateral, to strengthen the contract on building the fourth ship for foreign clients, adding that the Economy Ministry had promised that the agency for managing state property (AUDIO) would draw up a privatisation agreement for 3. maj within 30 days.

The deputy prefect said that the government's commission for the sale of 3. may shipyard was expected to convene soon.
