The national oil company INA said in a statement that two new members of the company's Management Board were appointed at the INA Supervisory Board session on Tuesday.
New Management Board members are Pal Zoltan Kara and Peter Ratatics, both appointed with the mandate effective as of June 9th 2011 until April 1, 2015.
At the session, the Supervisory Board accepted the resignation of Attila Holoda and Lajos Alacs, members of the Management Board. The resignations went into effect on 8 June 2011, INA said in the statement
