Croatian war veterans Danko Maslov and Petar Janjic, whom Serbia accused together with Tihomir Purda of war crimes, should be heard separately on Thursday in Zagreb and Vukovar, at the request of the High Court in Belgrade, the lawyer for Maslov and Janjic, Kresimir Krsnik, told reporters on Wednesday.
Serbia indicted Maslov and Janjic for war crimes against civilians in Vukovar in 1991.
