The elections for the European Parliament in Croatia are proceeding without major irregularities, the nongovernmental organisation GONG said on Sunday.
Judging by a small number of calls form citizens who are reporting minor breaches of media blackout or problems of voters without valid identification cards, the election day is proceeding without major irregularities, GONG said.
As for social networks, announcements posted by third parties who are not running in the elections, are not considered election campaigning and are not in violation of the ban on campaigning which is in force until 1900 today, GONG said.
