According to the first incomplete results which the State Election Commission (DIP) announced at 2000 hrs on Sunday, 67.06 percent of Croatians who went to the polls in a referendum on the country's accession to the European Union voted in favour of EU membership, and 32.37 voted against, DIP president Branko Hrvatin told the media.
The State Election Commission will announce preliminary results at a press conference scheduled for 2200 hours.
