Famoust cellists Luka Sulic and Stjepan Hauser, also known as 2CELLOS, will hold a rock concert at the 62nd Dubrovnik Summer Festival, on 10 August outside the Church of Saint Blaise, the organisers of the Dubrovnik Summer Festival said earlier this week, adding that the concert would start at 2300 hours.
With over 5 million hits on YouTube in less than three months, their passionate, dueling cellos version of Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal" has taken the world by storm and earned them a tour with Elton John and performances with George Michael.
Their debut album features unique 2CELLOS covers of well-known rock and pop songs, including "Welcome to The Jungle".
They recently performed at the Sarajevo Film Festival and iTunes Festival in London.. Last week they were number one on the list of top selling albums in Croatia and in Japan 2CELLOS outranked Lady Gaga.
