Croatian Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor will pay an official visit to Kosovo on August 24 at the invitation of Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci, during which she will meet with Kosovo officials and open a Croatian-Kosovo business forum in Pristina, the government's press office said in a statement on Friday.

PM Kosor will also visit the ethnic Croat community in the village of Janjevo and meet with Croatian troops serving in the NATO-led Kosovo Force (KFOR).

The Croatian government will continue promoting the policy harmonised with its allies in NATO and the EU, which is the policy of support for peace and stability in Kosovo, respect for the rights of ethnic minorities and respect for Kosovo's territorial integrity, the statement said.
