After representatives of the Croatian petrochemical group Dioki and its company Dina Petrokemija announced earlier this week that all documents necessary for the Turkish company Caliskan to enter the Adriaoil SpA company within Dioki were harmonised and that they should be signed on Wednesday, Dioki issued a statement through the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Wednesday confirming that these documents have been harmonised and that the harmonisation of the contract regulating production was under way.

The company said it issued this statement so that the public could have all the information.

The company also said that the contract necessary for Caliskan to enter Adriaoil SpA is scheduled to be signed within the next several days.

The Dioki management thus confirmed unofficial information, made public by union representatives, that the agreement on purchasing Adriaoil SpA was reached and that Caliskan would pay a EUR 5 million advance for the payment of the back salaries to Dioki and Dina Petrokemija workers.
