Hungary's oil company MOL on Thursday denied press reports that it was negotiating the sale of its shares in Croatia's oil company INA, stating that the rumours were completely unfounded.
MOL owns 49.1% of INA's stocks, and it repeated that it was committed to INA and believed in the company's success.
Some Croatian newspapers have speculated over the past few days that MOL wants to sell INA and that it had approached the Societe Generale bank for consulting services.
