The Parliamentary Mandate Immunity Committee (MIP) has approved the State Attorney's request for the revoking of Ivo Sanader's parliamentary immunity following criminal charges for conspiracy to commit an offense and abuse of office
According to unconfirmed reports, in addition to Fimi Media, Sanader is charged with the Croatian power company, HEP, illegal crediting of DIOKI.
In this specific case, Sanader is the third accused, while accomplice Robert Jezic is the fourth.
