The Vecernji List daily reports that police took documents from Zagreb City Council, Monday, and are looking to build a case against Greta Augustinovic-Pavic, former Council Secretary, for making illegal changes to the city plan. According to their information, though, the suspected secretary is shifting the blame on to Mayor Milan Bandic.
Investigators were ordered to look into documents in thirteen cases, the Vecernji reports. The city plans in question contain obvious changes to them that directly work in the favor of investors.

The former secretary and current legal adviser to the Mayor is not speaking to reporters.
According to reports in the Vecernji, plans for Svetice, Sveti Duh, Sredisce, Ferenscica, Rudes, Savska-Sarengradska, Munja, Gospodarska Zona Sesvete jug, Ciglana Sesvete sjever, Heinzlova-Radnicka, Vrbik, Savska Opatovina and Spansko Oranice were altered, supposedly 'for investors'.
