Asking prices for real estate in Croatia dropped in December by 3.1% compared to the same month in 2011, or by 0.2% month on month, the CentarNekretnina real estate agency reported on Monday.
In December 2012, real estate prices in Zagreb fell by an insignificant 0.1% in relation to November and by 3.5% compared to December 2011.
The average price per square metre in Zagreb in December was EUR 1,665.
Prices of real estate fell not only in Zagreb but on the Adriatic coast too by 2.7% year on year and 0.3% month on month.
