Portugal Days began in Zagreb on Tuesday with a screening of the documentary "Portugal Between Heaven and Earth" at the Cultural Information Centre.
The four-day event will present Portuguese culture through concerts, film screenings, lectures and an exhibition, said Soraia Laurenco, a representative of the Camoes Institute.
The event was organised by the Portuguese Embassy to Croatia, the Camoes Institute and the TAP Portugal airline, among others.
