Avvantura Festival Film Forum began in the Croatian coastal city of Zadar on Saturday evening with the screening of "The Grandmaster'" by Wong Kar-wai, a writer-director from Hong Kong.
The fourth edition of this festival will run through 31 August.
Some of the films to be shown are "Silent Ones" by Ricky Rijneke, "Soldate Jeannette" by Daniel Hoesel, "Tango Libre" by Frederic Fontayne, "An Episode in the Life of an Iron Picker" by Danis Tanovic, "A Stranger" by Bobo Jelcic, "Floating Skycrapes" by Tomasz Wasiliewskog and some other movies.
