The anti-corruption agency USKOK has filed an indictment with the Rijeka County Court against Split Municipal Court judges Robert Pesutic and Ante Unkovic and three other persons for giving and taking bribes, assisting in bribe taking, and abuse of office.

Pesutic and Unkovic are charged with taking bribes in exchange for ruling in favour of a defendant, giving a more lenient sentence, and postponing the enforcement of a prison sentence.
