After one quarter of its term in office, the Zoran Milanovic cabinet is criticised the most for its lack of consistency, the association of nongovernmental organisation "Platforma 112" said on Wednesday, calling on the government to define clear long-term objectives.

"The government is wandering, it is not consistent and it does not have a clear vision," Eugen Jakovcic of the Documenta association told a news conference at which the second report of "Platforma 112" on the government's work was unveiled.

Sasa Segrt of Transparency International said that the government also made some positive steps, adding however that these were sporadic.

It is the eleventh hour for the government to make some changes, "Platforma 112" said.

The NGO presented its first report on the government's work a year ago, about a hundred days after Milanovic's government stepped into office.
