The Belgrade Philharmonic will hold a concert in Zagreb's Vatroslav Lisinski concert hall on May 28 for the first time in 30 years, with Russian pianist Alexei Volodin as the soloist.

The Belgrade Philharmonic will perform, under the baton of Muhai Tang, works by Chinese composer Liu Yuan and Russian composers Sergei Rachmaninoff and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.

The concert by the Belgrade orchestra comes after a concert by the Zagreb Philharmonic in Belgrade on May 19, which was conducted by Dmitri Kitayenko and at which the cellist Monika Leskovar performed as the soloist.
